Late arrivals
If you have made a booking with us it is important to arrive at our punt station on time, preferably 5 minutes before the start time. Please make sure you know exactly where we are based so you arrive at the right place.
If you can't avoid being late please ring us in advance with as much notice as possible so we can possibly reorganise a start time, at least one hour before your tour is due to start. If you don't give us advance warning it may mean that you get a shorter tour as we may have other booking commitments.
No Shows
In the event that you do not show up at all for your booking and do not contact us in advance of the booking we will not refund any deposit or payment made to us in relation to your booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason we need at least 24 hours notice for a single chauffeured punt booking or at least least 48 hours notice for more than one chauffeured punt booking (large groups).
If you have paid a deposit a full refund will be given as long as the above notice is given.
We can often reschedule your tour for another time or day (subject to availability) as long as reasonable notice is given but not 10 minutes before the start time.
In the event of extremely bad weather or adverse river conditions we reserve the right to cancel your booking for safety reasons. In this instance any deposits will be fully refunded.
Alcohol
Please enjoy alcohol responsibly while punting. We reserve the right to refuse boarding if we feel a person is extremely intoxicated. This is for your and other river user's safety.
